The final design needs a bleed setting (possibly 2mm), other than that, it is now ready for print.

Loving the final outcome,and the bleed puts in that extra something.
As for your mention on the reflection effect: first I reflected the logo; set opacity to 60 % for “make a wish” and to 25% for the rest; Then made the icon & main text fade into the same shade of red as is in that part of the bkg.
Finally, for a subtle light distortion effect, I compressed the height value of the whole.
There are probably tons of approaches, this one I came up with last year for Illustrator based work and has worked out well.

I have really enjoyed watching you work through the entire process on your card/identity. The overall idea is really cool and i like how you decided to keep the reflection theme throughout the entire card. I always enjoy reading your site. Keep up the good work

Should be Print100.com, I use them a lot.
