Abstraction

Manipulating images can reveal some interesting textures and forms. Using an image taken on a flight over to the Algarve, i created 2 layers within Photoshop, desaturated one layer and selected the colour from the planes engine in the other. The outcome is very abstract, the clouds have turned into dimensional sloping lines and the engine appears futuristic.

In fact the clouds and the blue sky on my country are very beautiful such as your inspiration and manipulation images in photoshop.

Steve - i’m sorry to say - i use Mac 10.5.1 - but i certainly have worked with Vista. I am Mac based through my old Universities influence - only Macs were installed. I have heard of some Graphic Agencies/Companies moving over to Vista from Mac too.
