A Different View Point
- May 10th, 2009.
Every month the Whitehaven Snappers runs a photographic competition. So today I have been out and about with my camera!
Looking at our pictures I see a common ‘error’ - too many pictures taken from 5ft 10ins above the ground! And that includes most of my pictures! We all know we should think about different angles - but we all forget to do it. So get down on the ground or on a step ladder and submit no more than two pictures for this month’s competition: A different view point.
Whitehaven Snappers - open to any photographers living in the Copeland area or anyone taking photos of this north-western part of England. Some of the best photos will appear in The Whitehaven News when space permits!
The flickr group is run by deputy editor of The Whitehaven News, Alan Cleaver.

Love the macro shots! And especially that vintage feel. Very classic with daisies =)
