After the Sunday roast was cooked, i took the liberty of filling the cooking tray with boiling kettle water and washing liquid, left it overnight. The result was this, a fantastically well formed pattern created with the formation of rising fat. It is so unpredictable; created through natural occurrence.

Today I updated Flickr, adding some manual focus shots and clean manipulation.

The cards show cropped work from my graduate showcase. I’ve decided to give them away as i’ve designed new ones.

St. Bees at it’s very best. With growing confidence in photography, i’ve added these images to show how different perspectives, lighting and tones add to the character and atmosphere of an image. Such a surreal aura.

I have found that there are great things to be had by designing with the simplest of symbols. In this piece I have explored the pound sign symbol as an image. Creating layers of intricate drawings and abstract forms, conveying the idea of a safe. The design was created by hand on A3 Layout paper.
